Hints & Tips
on how to use a Gourmet DipKit!

Just add your favorite Gourmet DipKit to 1 cup of regular, low fat, or fat free sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise or 2 cups of plain yogurt, regular, low fat, or fat free and
serve with potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or raw veggies.

Mix your favorite Gourmet DipKit with 16 oz. softened cream cheese (Microwave cream cheese15 to 20 seconds on high to soften, or let it sit at room temperature until softened.) and blend well. Refrigerate for at least two hours (overnight is even better) to allow the flavors to blend. Soften at room temperature before serving with your favorite crackers, bagels or spread on tortilla wraps before adding your meat and garnishes.

For a personal serving of a cream cheese spread, just mix 3 tbls. of softened cream cheese and 1 tsp. of your favorite Gourmet DipKit spice together and serve with bagels or crackers.

Use dips as a delicious topping for baked potatoes, tacos, and burritos.

After preparing your Gourmet DipKit, it can be used instead of mayonnaise in chicken salad, tuna salad, or pasta salads for a real taste treat.

NOTE: Some of my recipes call for Olive Oil. Here are the different types of Olive Oil
and how to use them: 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Best used for dipping and dressings.
Pure Olive Oil - Best used for grilling and sautéing.
Light Olive Oil - Best used for baking and frying.

You will need:
1 Zesty Fiesta Salsa Gourmet DipKit
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise

To assemble:
Mix 1 Zesty Fiesta Salsa Gourmet DipKit with 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Serve with colored tortilla chips.
NOTE: A half batch can be made by cutting the ingredient amounts in half.
